Car Drop-Offs & Pick-Ups

Procedure

Once you’ve arranged an appointment with us, we will give you a date and time to drop off your vehicle. We want to ensure the hand-off is as safe as possible so please adhere to the following rules.

• Open your windows and ensure that your AC / fans are turned off before you hand in your keys. If there is heavy rain, please crack your windows.
• Please remove bulky personal items and rubbish from your vehicle.
• Disinfect your steering wheel and handbrake.
• Only 1 customer to come inside the premises at once.
• You may NOT wait inside the premises for your vehicle to be ready. We will call you on the phone to arrange collection.
• Please distance yourself from our staff and keep at least 2m away. We will of course, do the same for you.
• We will disinfect your vehicle for you before collection.
