Mission: Customer lost all sound and MMi control

Cartronics have full diagnostics and vast experience when it comes to Audi audio systems, in this case the customer reported that he had lost radio screen and sound issues. We located the cause of the fault to a faulty MOST DSP amplifier, we replaced the unit and then coded and removed the security protection.
